The 26th Annual FHS Alumni Club Family Picnic / Fundraiser will be held on Sunday, August 12th, 2012 at Steffens Park, (14 Mile and Garfield), in Fraser. The event begins with set up at 9 a.m.; Walk-up registration begins at 11:59 a.m. Along with the usual fellowship and fun, the event will feature 50/50 drawings as well as Fraser Alumni logo apparel and insulated shopping bags available for purchase. Tear down starts at about 6 p.m.

This year, we welcome the class of 1987. The registration donation is $10 per (household) family (prepaid registration is available*).

Come hungry as there will be grilled hot dogs and sausages, chips, coffee, pop (soda) and also water available. We have also reserved the Fort Fraser Playscape, right next to our area, for the kids. Also for the kids, the park has baseball diamonds, basketball courts, soccer fields and lots of room for Frisbees. This is YOUR time to catch up with old friends.

No glass bottles, please.

Remember, this event cannot take place without your participation. Please register to volunteer for a 2 hour time slot. Needed times: Set up 9 a.m.; Noon - 2 p.m.; 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.; 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Tear down 6 p.m.; Volunteers are needed for set-up, registrations, selling 50/50 tickets, selling raffle tickets, serving food, food receipts, and tear down.

The Annual Alumni Club Family Picnic is the FHS 25+ Club's largest fundraiser and your support enables us to provide scholarship awards to deserving Fraser High School graduating seniors.
